Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through my school's career center and then received a phone interview. Following the phone interview, I was required to take an analytical test online. Following the test, I was invited to the superday at the company's headquarters in Milwaukee. The night before the superday, there was a dinner / reception to meet some of the team. I received an offer a day after the interview.
