What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The phone call started as merely a discussion about the opportunities that Baird had to offer in IBD. However, since I was only a sophomore at the time I was not eligible. Once we began talking about the other capital market internships the call shifted gears and she started asking me a lot of behavioral questions. For example, what are you're three greatest strengths, expand on campus involvement, any modeling experience, why Baird, etc. Upon completion of the call she said she would pass along my info to the ER team and let me know if they were interested. It ended in a job shadow, so not great, but not horrible.
