Internship

The interview was very strange. It was brief and they did not require much from me technically. They also refused to schedule a formal interview time. Instead, they said "we will reach out to schedule the interview with you on Thursday." They ended up calling on Thursday when I was in class, so I did not answer. I received a seething voicemail from the recruiter who then notified my professor who recommended me. I was severely reprimanded for skipping my "interview." When I explained what happened, all was forgiven. I then did my interview the following week and was offered the position a few days later. Confounded by all of this, I accepted another internship.
