I applied online and was contacted about setting up an interview. Interview was really just a conversation about what I had done, why I liked Baird, why Chicago, etc. He didn't actually ask me any technicals- I'm from a LAC and he asked if I would be able to do x,y,z "dcf" "3 statements how they work together" "basic lbo model" to which I said yes, but he didn't actually have me do them.
