Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process began after I applied online. I was then directed to create videos answering basic questions (i.e. why investment banking, why Baird, what does an analyst's work consist of). After the videos, I had to phone screen with two different associates. About a month after my phone screen, I was invited to a superday which consisted of four different interviews.
