Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I began networking with Baird in the fall of 2012. Baird came to campus for first round, 1-on-1 interviews in early February of 2013. Around 15 kids interviewed on campus, with about 6 receiving invitations to second round "Superday" interviews in Chicago. The Superday consisted of 6 interviews with bankers, a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Offers were given on the evening of the Superday interviews.
