The position was posted on LinkedIn and the company website. I applied and did a phone interview with a recruiter in human resources. I was then brought into the Milwaukee office for four 1-on-1 interviews. The following week, I went to Chicago to meet 4 additional people. I received a verbal offer a few days later. They called my references and did a background check before sending a written offer. I had approximately one week to accept the offer.
