Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very pleasant process overall. Applied online and received an interview for the DC office. Had a phone call with HR who asked basic behavioral questions. She later told me the DC office already had a superday, but she would put me with the St. Louis Energy Banking team. I later interviewed in a 2on1 phone interview with an analyst and associate. Good experience overall. The energy banking team is pretty small and was only hiring one intern.
