1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process was two rounds. The first round was a 1 on 1 interview with an associate. It was almost completely behavioral, very few technicals. The second round was 3 interviews, one of which was with HR. The interviews were much more technical in nature and also tried to test some critical thinking about valuation.
