Please describe the interview / hiring process.
When applying online you have to fill in the usual information. After that you receive 3 or 4 competency questions that WILL BE read, so don't just type in some bullshit. Two of my three interviewers talked about those responses with me.
The inhouse process includes 3 1 on 1 interviews, one with HR focusing on fit questions and CV. After that you will have 2 1 on 1 interviews with Analysts/Associates that check your Accounting and Valuation knowledge. Each interview lasted between 35 and 45 minutes.
