Spoke to one of the founders over the phone, who described the firm and asked how I had gotten to my current job, and asked why I was interested in investing. We had a conversation that was loosely structured, and touched on a few more of the usual interview questions.

I then had 2 more conversations with 2 other partners, ending in a face to face meetup with one of the partners.
