Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had a telephone interview followed by an assessment center including presentation and several interviews. The people there were very nice, and the interviews were quite relaxed. During the phone interview stage, all questions were competency-based, but those in the assessment center included some technical questions. Many were related to your knowledge about the market.
