1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
About a dozen students from my program were selected for two or three Institutional Sales internship positions. We each had a 30 minute interview with one of two executives from Capital Markets... mine being the head... Most of the interview consisted of building rapport.
Planned for the interview by conducting mock interviews with my school's career services.
My friend who got the internship had to go through another interview and a Super whatever where all the internship candidates mingled with Soc Gen executives.
