Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone screen followed by in-person interviews and a case study where you're asked to assess credit quality in for a proposed transaction. The ratings group was hiring for many different industries so I met with several different people. The process dragged on for over two months with not the greatest level of communication from HR.
