Entire process was very professional. Had an initial phone screen which was a 1-on-1 interview (about 30 mins). Followed up by another interview with two analysts/associates (about an hour). About a week later HR followed up with superday invitations. Superday was decently long (4+ hours) and consisted of a lot of behavioral and technical questions with other members of the firm (analysts, associated, VP's).
