Interview
Process was good, spoke to three analysts (all on separate calls), then a VP then the CAO of the firm. My understanding from one of the analysts I spoke to was that getting bumped to the CAO was basically a formality before a FT offer was extended. The interview questions mainly consisted of points on my resume since I was referred for the position by an MD in their Little Rock office. Questions were straight-forward and I would say they were more interested in my personality than my technical ability since I have work experience. No technical questions asked.
Interview Questions
They asked a lot about budgeting, FP&A process where I was. They wanted to know how I built my models, and what the process typically looked like. They also asked some detailed questions about loan covenants, which was related to a point on my resume. Other than that very straight-forward, personality-based questions.

Interview
Ultimately a very fair interview process. Initially a phone screen with HR. Next step is typically a phone interview with a VP/SVP. Beyond that it becomes a series of phone screens and a modeling exam. Assuming the modeling exam goes well, you will have a series of interviews.
Interview Questions
Walk me through a directly applicable deal that you worked on and exactly how you built it out and ran the process.
