Investment Banking Analyst

The first phone interview was with a 3rd year analyst, followed by an interview with the associate in charge of non-traditional recruiting. Both interviews were 100% behavioral and just checking to see that you can hold a conversation on the phone and what you've been up to. Fit is a huge part of Stephens. They hire 3 analysts in NY Dallas and Atlanta and 6 or 7 in Little Rock. It is much harder to get hired on outside of LR. I wasn't extended an offer but the lines of communication are still going and an associate is currently helping in finding something else. Overall good experience, it just didn't work out
