Investment Banking Analyst

After the online resume drop on campus, about 30 students were brought in for on-campus interviews. We had 30 minutes interviews with an MD and an analyst. Individuals who moved on were brought in for a 'Super Day' at the end of October where we met with 5 more MD/Junior Banker combinations. Offers were sent out the following day. In my case, however, the Company had an additional set of interviews for particular groups within the office so that they could decide which group I should be assigned. All the questions were repetitive and through all three stages of the entire process and anybody with a vault guide should be well prepared.
