Phone interview. Got called to interview and did so across 4 hours and 8 different employees all in the domestic equities department. Mostly behavioral - some market questions.
Interview Questions
Do you see yourself working here full-time? Why not go to New York and do finance? We want people that are going to work here long-term in a position, we rarely go outside and hire those who have not interned for us.
Walk me through a DCF. What would happen to the equity value if revenue changed? If terminal growth changed? What is a legitimate terminal growth value?
