Apply online through University database as U of Florida is a target school for STRH.
STRH selects roughly 15% of online applications from UF to phone interview.
Phone interview is essentially a sanity check, hardly any technical questions ~30 mins long.
You are then contacted to schedule on campus interviews in the UF career center.
These interviews are ~1 hr in length with 2 interviewers, which are senior level bankers - often alumni.
After this interview, an offer was extended roughly 3 weeks later.
