First round: Phone interview with in house recruiter. Basic stats questions like is there are five people at a table...etc.
Second Round: Phone interview with VP. Case based question about starting a new business in the city where your college is located. Want to know why you're interested in private equity.
Final Round: Super day. Combination of 1-1 and 2-1 interviews. Mostly behavioral, some opinion questions on what makes a good business. Nothing technical to report.
