I applied on the website and HR surprisingly called me back to set up an initial interview. In my first 1 on 1 phone interview with HR, she spent 5 minutes asking me about my resume, then the next 25 minutes quizzing me on probability questions such as coin flips and possible combinations of table arrangements among a party of people. I get 2 out of 3 of the questions right and she moved me onto the next round.

In my next phone interview I spoke with the hiring manager on a 1 on 1 phone interview. This was purely behavioral for half an hour. I thought I did well but I received a rejection email 2 days later.
