The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Presentation
Interview
Applied through College/University Career Center. Got an email to set-up a 30 min. phone screen - very straightforward, all behavioral. Asked about my resume, why Synpulse, why consulting. Next step was an in-office interview with a Manager. Interview took 1 hour - 10 minutes of company background and job description from Manager, 20 minutes of interview (mostly behavioral), and 20 minutes of "case" presentation, 10 minutes of feedback and other questions. Case presentation was a question based on my interests and just wanted to see my thinking.
Interview Questions
Why do you want to be a consultant? My resume was not really consulting heavy, but they were expanding their finance practice so I got a chance to talk about my background and had to show my interest in the position and the company.
Given what I told you about what we do, how would you address this problem? At the beginning of the interview, he had explained in detail exactly what they do, then there was a gap of around 20 minutes, and it was a test to see how much you remembered about the company and what they could do. Not too difficult, I talked about my interest in Finance (they cater to mostly Banks and Insurance companies) so he asked be about Consulting for a FInance firm.
