The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Consisted of two phone interviews. They went in depth into my resume and why I would be a good fit for their company/why I wanted to switch into Investment Banking.

Generally they asked pretty technical questions regarding the financial statements. I think I did fairly well but ended up not receiving an offer as my work experience wasn't that relevant.
Interview Questions
-Explain how the three financial statements are related and how a change in depreciation affects each of them

-Go into detail regarding a deal you worked on and any implications that stood out to you

-What makes you a good analyst; what qualities about yourself do you think you can bring to our firm?

-Talk about a recent deal; was it cash or stock?

-Talk about the evolving status of tech in LA, and tell me about any recent developments in the tech scene

-What is your best quality; what is your worst
