Please describe the interview / hiring process.
resume screening process with HR, then two rounds of interviews (mix of phone and face-to-face); first round includes 2 or more interviews with employees that would be your supervisor/at your supervisor's position, as well as 1 peer-level interview (usually over a meal); second round interviews are with VP levels and above (usually 2 or more, sometimes a department head) includes an Excel, PPT and Word proficiency exam; I think there was about a 1-week waiting period before notification of acceptance/denial.
