Interview
The interview process was very slow. Initial interview was over the phone, a month later I had an interview on campus, two months after that I was invited to the final round at there San Francisco office. The employees who represent Triage on campus give potential new hires an EXTREMLY good idea of what to expect. To the point where they tell you how to structure you resume, cover letter, and how to answer questions in the inteviews.

Interview
First I met them at an on-campus informational session. There they tell you what to write in your cover letter and put on your resume so you can get an interview. I then got phone screened, and then an easy 30 minute on campus interview. I was then offered to go to their super day final round in their San Francisco office. They paid for the plane and hotel accomodations, and a vbery expensive lunch with associates. Overall, I don't think they liked to hear that I wanted to go to business school after 3 years as part of my 5 year plan, so that may have affected their decision. Overall, easy and fun interview experience though.
