Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I met with UBS wealth management at my school career fair. It was very basic and i had a friend that already interned there. At the time, i didn't understand anything about finance (and had not discovered WSO) so i took the job when i was offered it. As far as an interview process, there was little to none. Just met with the people, they liked me and asked a few general personality questions.
