First round interview over the phone, with standard behavioral and technical questions.
Some candidates had two phone interviews, I had only one. Final round Superday/Assessment Center was at UBS's midtown offices, lasting about 5 hours, consisting of 1 presentation, 2 one-on-one interviews, and a numerical skills test.
Definitely brush up on your SWOT analysis; I was asked about Amazon, a SWOT analysis, and to make future plans for Amazon in the long and short term.
