Phone interview - talk about something interesting going on in financial world, how would you invest £1 million etc.
Assessment Day - maths test, presentation on a company's forward strategy based on a dossier given to you, 45 mins prep with flip chart; 2 one-on-one interviews, one personality based, the other competency based - how many pharmacys in madrid, how many tennis balls in a jumbo etc.
