Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had applied to UBS on the website, and I got an email from the HR department saying that I was invited to two phone interviews. After those interviews, I got another email saying I was invited to the Superday. On the Superday, I had three 1-on-1 interviews with different directors. I also got to shadow a first-year analyst for half an hour at her desk to see what she did. I had the superday on a wednesday, and got a call on friday saying that I would not move forward.
