Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was in contact with Complex Director for several weeks before he asked me to interview. Flew up to DC for the day and found out I got the internship a few days after.
Fit questions; Where I see myself going, Why finance, etc. Explained my take on the markets and explained all of the various organizations I was involved in at school.
A lot of talk after questions were through. I asked several questions about the day to day operations and their methodology in choosing investments and a little about the interviewers background and what led her to UBS.
