All questions were about resume/behavioral and one technical. Overall, the company wants to see if you'll be a good "fit" for them. The case study will test your time management skill sets. The interviews are to see if you are personable and able to work with their team. Overall great experience and friendly guys!

Telephone: Three questions: Walk me through your resume, do you know the three financial statements, schedule, nothing more than that.

In person: Interviewed with many members of the team including the director. General walk me through your resume questions along with why ibanking, weakness/ strengths, etc. No technicals. Just want to see if you are a fit and are willing to work for free.

Got to meet many of the team members during my interview process. At the end of the day you interviewed with about 8 people including the director.
Interview Questions
Not too hard. Many of the questions included walk me through your resume, why investment banking, etc. They really focus on your resume and ask you questions based on that.
They also try to get to know you during the interview process. They ask you about your hobbies, things you like to do out of the office, etc. Many of the people I interview with were really friendly.
