Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online via career website. Received a call from staffing company for a phone interview. All behavioral and very easy. Heard back shortly for a superday to fly out to NJ headquarters. Interviewed with two Directors, and had the opportunity to network and chat with HR and other senior Finance management. Rotational program interview is purely behavioral. Be prepared to answer questions regarding resume and expect followup questions.
