Interview
I was invited to come in for an interview on August/September 2018. Met with the CEO and a trader. Apparently the position was more of a "learning experience" than an actual analyst job. Trader met with me and barely asked me any questions about my resume.
Interview Questions
There were no specific questions that were difficult per se, when I came in, the CEO just initiated some small talk about commuting and things like that, he asked me to walk him through my resume and my experiences that may make me a good fit for the role (Delta One Desk Support). I was pretty familiar with the role but he did not ask me anything about my actual qualifications or any questions that would have to do with the role (i.e. markets related questions or maybe technical) but nothing. then the trader came in and I proceeded to another room with him

Interview
Small internship class. You need to know someone at the firm to get an interview. Primarily Sophmore interns so the interview is mostly fit based. Need to know about ETFs and where Wallachbeth fits within the ETF marketplace.
Interview Questions
What is an ETF? How does it differ from a mutual fund? Talk to me about the Markets?

Did not really go more in depth then this.
