Interview
I got a call from the hiring manager and she set the meeting up, didn't take long -- the girl was kind of intense.
Interview Questions
She asked me a lot of questions about the 2008 financial crisis. Went smoothly, know your resume. She asked me some very intense questions about on of my publications and it was very annoying. They go pretty indepth and don't really mess around. The girl was cold as ice over the phone and seemed like she barely had anytime to talk to me -- very weird. Other than that its all real estate asset management and they ceo made a shipload of money after the 08 financial crisis so try to be as well versed on that as possible.

Interview
Went through a recruiter and got the interview same day they passed my resume over. First interview was strictly fit based, met with CFO and a couple of the direct trade ops team. Mostly questions based around bank loan and some other foreign exposure scenarios. Actually knew one of the trade ops supervisors so knowledge questions were kept to a minimum cause he already knew what i knew. Called me later in the day after the first interview to schedule a second. Second interview was also pretty much fit. Met with general counsel, head of IR, trader and a couple others. Put me through a portfolio theory test and other debt/bank loan related calcs. Also had me do an online personality test. Overall not too hard, some of the portfolio questions were a little tricky but nothing crazy
Interview Questions
Basic portfolio/ security theory questions: what event would change div yield on AAPL given that div per share remains the same? If you execute a CDS through and ISDA, post settlement what is your exposure?
Recreate hardcoded table in pivot with given information. Use sumif or sumifs to sum cash exposure given different variables.
