Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got lucky with reaching out to a recruiter and got placed into the the group of new FAP candidates. Had a phone interview not too long afterwards, but didn't hear anything back after a month. Finally got an email about a few spots that opened, expressed my interest, and got through to the second round. Had a second phone call, flew out the next week, and got a call with the offer when my plane landed.
