Financial Analyst

I found the job posting on my schools job database. I electronically sumbitted my cover letter and resume through the schools site. A week later got a call from a receptionist to schedule my interview. She also asked some pretty basic questions.
- Why WF?
- Briefly describe, in your own words, the position youre applying for and its requirements.

My 1 on 1 interview was 99% behavioral and fit questions.
- How would your friends describe you?
- Give me an example of a time when your integrity was challenged.
- Why do you want to be a financial analyst?
- Why should I hire you?
etc...

There was one "technical question".
- Describe the current financial crisis to me as if I were a 10 year old.

Overall it was not a hard interview, and it truely felt like the interviewer wanted to get to know me. At the end of the interview I got his business card, thanked him for his time, shook his hand, and walked out. It took them two weeks to get back to me with an offer.
