Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview consisted of a first-round on-campus interview, in addition to a superday in Charlotte which consisted of 7 30 minute interviews. Both the on-campus and superday interviews consisted of a mix of both fit and technical interview questions, nothing was too difficult or out of the norm.
