Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very easy-going process with very easy-going people. Clearly focused on fit throughout the interview - out of 45 minutes, 30 spent on behavioral and fit. The remaining 15 had a few light technical questions (define equity value clearly, walk me through a dcf and explain some of the terms like WACC), and a few brainteasers. Overall not strenuous, and the interviewers were friendly and polite. Smiled throughout, and even walked with me out and talked about weekend plans.
