Summer Analyst

I initially reached out to two first year analysts that were alumni at my school. After speaking with them about their experiences, I was put in contact with the head recruiter. We spoke about his background briefly and I was then offered a more formal phone interview with the same person. Interview was pretty simple because we had just talked earlier in the week. Asked me why banking, why middle market, and why Blair. After the interview I was asked to go up for a super day. Interviewed with 10 people over the course of 5 hours. 2 interviews were almost all technicals with the others being much more behavioral. Nothing too unexpected. Heard back about the offer a week later. Overall everyone I met with was extremely friendly. They provide themselves on their culture and fit is huge.
