Interview
Applied to campus job posting, one month later received request for skype interview. They added me on skype right beforehand. Was interviewed by a group of 3, all international with heavy accents. Overseas volunteerism experience or classroom experience simulating it was what they valued most highly. Interview was approximately thirty minutes.
Interview Questions
"Tell me about yourself" was the only real question they asked me and then followup questions about my work/classroom/volunteer experiences.
