Depending on your level. I know analysts in sales that received 20k and the highest received 50k.
Is that typical for an analyst? Would have thought there'd be a higher max than 50k
Why would you assume there is a higher max than 50K? Bonus is blend of performance and how your group/division does, if your group/division doesn't meet budge or rev expectations then why would they pay an analyst anything "substantial". Analysts usually bring very little to no value add to the top line, let alone to the bottom line. Once you reach the associate level you may get paid a bit more but again it depends on performance as well as yoy all-in pay level comparisons.
I have these for london for one of the 3 US bb Analyst 1 : 20k£ for all analysts Analyst 2 : Tier1 41k / tier2 31k / tier3 15k.
so you do the maths *1.5 for $USD
For analyst 1, are you referring to the stub bonus you get 6 months into the job or the bonus after the full year (so 1.5 years in)?
id assume that is 20k for the first full year. Otherwise you are geting for 6 months half of what a first full year is getting in tier 1 which doesmt make sense. Unless its 20k prorated so its actually 10k which would probably make more sense.
