Accenture's SI Pay Raises
Does anyone know what the annual raise for a Systems Integration analyst is? What about the raise from Analyst to Consultant? Consultant to Manager?
Thanks!

Thanks for sharing this but I have already seen it. The numbers reported on here as well as glassdoor are kind of all over the place, so it is difficult to discern an accurate raise. I curious about the percentage salary increases.
From what I heard, 2-8% non promotion year and 15-30% for promotion year. Tied to your ranking and current salary level (bigger bump for lower salary at same level with same performance).
Thanks abacab! Wow 2-8% is little lower than I was anticipating....
That isnt terribly uncommon for what amounts to a cost of living adjustment. You make your money when you get promoted.
It still puts you around 100K 5 years out of school in a low cost of living city, assuming you get promoted when you are supposed to. Can't really complain that much.
100k after 5 years sounds really good and much higher than the average American. However, I am just wondering if Accenture's compensation and pay raises are competitive with Deloitte, PwC, and other Tier 2 firms.
From what I have seen and experienced, ACN tends to start at similar comp levels, but lags behind in annual raises until post-MBA. This is from friends who have gone to ACN and other shops from UG and b-school over the past few years.
For Deloitte BTAs, I've heard firsthand of raises being between 8-17% (not sure what the average is nationally, but it's between 9-13% for my office. You get a bonus when getting promoted from analyst to consultant.
Can anyone from Accenture provide numbers?
