Acquisition proposal presentation example
Hi, do any previous interns or current IB employees have an M&A proposal presentation (eg powerpoint) that I could have a look at?
The proposal would be for 2 companies in a particular sector, reasons why the acquisition should happen, valuation of the company being acquired, suggested synergies, cost savings of synergies etc.
I know banks produce a bunch of these presentations every week to propose to clients - I would find it very interesting to see the work that goes into one of them.
Don't mind how old the proposal is so long as it's a genuine one.

Most company policies preclude employees from distributing these types of materials externally so good luck getting your hands on one. Although I am sure you can find something online.
By proposal, you mean a pitchbook, right?
