Allen Edmonds Anniversary Sale - 15-35% off on Select Items

I just saw this on Allen Edmonds' website, and wanted to share with everyone.

http://www.allenedmonds.com/

The sale lasts from April 11th to April 28th, and I've especially been interested in the shoes. Anyone have opinions on the Lexington Cap-toe Oxfords? Someone mentioned they would be a good fit for Analysts, and they're like $126 off, so I might jump on that if they're comparable to the Park Aves.

Please correct me if I'm wrong here, but I believe that the blucher design of the Lexington is considered to be less formal than the Park Ave. As a result, it might not be optimal for an interview (but most people wouldn't notice) and better for everyday use or even business casual (wearing a jacket is preferable here.)

That said, they would be of comparable quality to the Park Ave. I believe they are on the same last and would size similarly if you've been fit already. If this applies to you... unless they've changed the color scheme recently the brown will be slightly lighter than the picture.

It's a pretty good deal. I'm a big fan of AE.
