Analyst acting like Johnny Manziel
What if a star analyst acts like Johnny Manziel outside work hours. i.e. tweeting and instagramming photos of his/her self at parties and binge drinking. Do you think banks would care if the analyst performs there job diligently and is never sick or never misses a meeting?
Look what happened to AJ from "models and bottles". He most likely wasn't a star analyst, but an analyst is an analyst. They dwell at the bottom of the food chain and should know their place.
What ever happened to AJ?
When I was an analyst at an REPE firm I partied like a rock star (although Twitter and Instagram didn't exist so no one could see pics of me doing it), the senior guys completely knew and joined in all the time because they liked hanging out with the crazy young guys. I wasn't an ass about it and didn't act like Johnny but they liked the fact that I could party all night, come into work at 8 am and then pull an all nighter at the office.
Are you planning on being Johnny Manziel?
We had an analyst that would do the "two-handed money sign" a la: http://static.foxsports.com/content/fscom/img/2013/08/31/083113-CFB-AGG…
all the time.
