Analyst Internship to Investment Sales
Licensed Finance Major (1 year left) trying to get into investment sales. 4 months ago I interviewed with M&M (A friend of mine started off here and told me guys in their 20s are making $200K+) I was 1 of 3 but they chose someone with more experience. (I had zero) I now am a summer analyst for NAI. This could turn into a FT offer not sure but, sales is about 10% of what they do. The majority is leasing. Should I apply to M&M again or shoot for an analyst or sales internship with bigger name (CBRE/JLL/C&W) and reasses afterwards? How does NAI look on my resume to these companies? Pretty new to everything but am learning quickly and willing to cold call from 6am to 6pm for a year to get started. Anyone from M&M, feel free to chime in and pm me. I know M&M is where the wolves are, ruthless, and poor working environment but I'm more concerned with cash at this point in my life. Looking at the big picture. Insight?
