Anybody know anything about "global strategy and initiatives" at citi ops?

its in NYC ops. For ops, it seems to be one of the best groups? Would it be good for moving to front or mid-office, or for consulting. They seem to have put the brightest people there, but I'd have no direct exposure to trading.
