Argus Enterprise Reports

Hey guys,
Did a quick search but couldn't find any threads about Argus AE reports. I learned Argus on DCF but my new firm uses AE since Argus no longer sells/supports DCF. This blows not only because of all of the nuanced changes in AE itself (new/fewer keyboard shortcuts, input windows, etc), but more importantly because the AE excel reports are full of merged cells and other bullshit formatting that blow up my vlookups/index matches when I try to drop them in our models.

I'm wondering if you guys have any suggestions on either how to get the DCF-like reports that everyone here is used to, how to build basic reports to export data in a simple format (which actually may be better), or how you deal with these exports in your models to get models to pick up your assumptions. I'm most concerned with cash flows, MLAs and rent rolls, but suggestions on the other report outputs are also welcome.

Thanks in advance.

I've got some good experience with the program, feel free to PM with questions. It's not difficult so long as you know how the database is mapped. Looks like a "results sheet" with the right KPI's & tenant results is what you need.
