hi mates,
I've come across this job offer which initially seems to be really interesting and I was wondering whether anyone could provide some insight on how this job would look like on a daily basis, as well as future growth, etc.

no one?
Not involved directly but have used institutional equity on a few deals. Here's what Ive gathered based on working along side them:
Constant deal churn. Perform due diligence. Compile investment committee presentation materials/pitch books. Project management through closing. Some Asset Management after close.
Should be a pretty stable job. 40-60 hours a week depending on how many deals you have going at once and where they are in the process.
Hey, thanks for your answer buddy!
So, I also expect it to be a pretty stable job, especially given the investment strategy they have (prime assets for equity investments and senior secured debt), but I am also trying to figure out the progression I might have here.
I am only 27 so I would not like to have a boring and repetitive job already.
Will I develop skills that will make me marketeable for the future should I decide to leave the company? I'm thinking more in terms of jumping to a small REPE, acquisitions team for a REIT or the like.
Could someone give me any insight on how the commercial real estate debt side of the job would look like?
Thanks!
